Introduction

I made this for Christmas and entered it to see what the nutritional values were.
This is a higher fat and calorie dessert and not intended to be a diet friendly recipe.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (9 full sheets)
    1 cup shredded coconut
    2 cups chocolate chips
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 14oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk

Directions

~Melt butter and mix with the graham crackers
~Press into a 9x9 pan
~Layer ingredients in order:
Coconut
Chocolate Chips
Walnuts
~Press down firmly then add milk
~Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350
~Cool and then slice into 16 squares
~Refrigerate or freeze leftovers

  • It looks like the system is showing 12 servings, but you have said to cut it into 16 bars. I think the servings need to be adjusted for your nutritional values to be correct. - 8/19/09
