Introduction

This is really what most people call beef and macaroni. But growing up, my mom always called it Goulash. It's a great comfort food for me and my family. With a side of home made goulash and a piece of corn bread? Yum! This is really what most people call beef and macaroni. But growing up, my mom always called it Goulash. It's a great comfort food for me and my family. With a side of home made goulash and a piece of corn bread? Yum!

Ingredients

    ground round(1 lb.)
    4 cups macaroni
    1 large onion, cubed
    1 large green bell pepper (cubed)
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans, Italian tomatoes
    2 tsp. Splenda
    Italian Spice to taste
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Prepare macaroni as directed on package. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add tomato paste and water. Add Splenda, Italian spice, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy
