Introduction

this is a very good Italian dessert.
You can decrease the amount of sugar as you wish.
There is not too much fat and calories
The gelatin is good for hair and nails and skin

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 cup of 10% cream
    1 cup of 2% milk
    1/5 cup sugar (can be maple syrup, honey, but the calories amount will differ)
    1 envelope of gelatin

Directions

Put one enveloppe of gelatine into 1/4 cup of milk.
Heath the milk and cream with vanilla or other essence (can be lemon, almond, even rhum).
When the milk is hot, add the milk-gelatin mix
Put into little bowls (gives 7 portions).
