IntroductionI modified the one on the back of the can of Bush's Beans, this one is less fat and less carbs! I modified the one on the back of the can of Bush's Beans, this one is less fat and less carbs!
3 Chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion, white, chopped
2 4oz. can Green Chiles
2 cans Bush's Northern Beans
2 Cups Chicken Broth, Low Sodium
1.5 Tbsp ground cumin
In a large pan, place onions and olive oil, let cook till onions are tender. Add Chicken and mix around.
Add chiles and cumin, mix well.
Add beans and broth. Cook till warm throughout and serve.
Great topped with a little light sour cream!!
