1/4 packet dry Sugar Free French Vanilla pudding powder (more or less to you taste)
1 cup frozen unsweetened berries

Wanted to let you all know that I tried this with frozen strawberries, a banana, and some vanilla flovored protein powdr instead of the pudding. It turned out wonderfully! A great mid-morning pick me up! I will be making these beauties for breakfast a lot more in the near future. Thanks JULIENICKS! - 1/8/09
