Ingredients

    ground turkey
    garlic
    carrot
    scallions
    cilantro
    limes
    thai chili sauce
    sesame oil
    red bell pepper
    cucumber
    boston lettuce
    unsalted peanuts

Directions

Brown turkey, place in fridge to cool
once cool, mix all ingredients except pepper, cucumber, lettuce and peanuts
allow to marinate overnight for best flavor
serve mixture in lettuce cups with cucumber, pepper, and peanuts for garnish
