IntroductionGreat taste with less than half the fat of restaurant pasta alfredo. Great taste with less than half the fat of restaurant pasta alfredo.
1/2 box pasta
1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 pkg Brocolli
4-5 tsp lowfat Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup 1% milk
Sautee' shrimp until slightly pink, set aside.
Mix together alfredo sauce, milk, egg, and parmesan cheese. Bring to slight boil. Add shrimp, then brocolli. Cook for 5 minutes then add pasta. Cook on low for 10 minutes, then serve.

I made this two nights ago and it was really good. I kept everything the same but I substitiuted the pasta for wheat egg noodles. - 1/6/10
