Enchilada's

Introduction

These are AMAZING enchilada's you can use fat free cheese if you like, or no cheese at all or even just cut the cheese in half and you save a BUNCH of calories...either way it's just a personal preference! Take care, hope you enjoy! These are AMAZING enchilada's you can use fat free cheese if you like, or no cheese at all or even just cut the cheese in half and you save a BUNCH of calories...either way it's just a personal preference! Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lbs ground turkey
    1 package 2% cheddar cheese
    10 low carb, small tortillas
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 can enchilada sauce

Directions

Cook ground turkey until fully cooked

Add in Taco seasoning (follow directions on package)

Take tortillas and fill meat and some cheese

Roll and place in a 9x11 pan that has been coated with some of the enchilada sauce

Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over the top of the enchilada's then cover and bake at 375 degrees, for 30-40 minutes until heated through.
