Boboli BBQ Pizza

Introduction

FAST recipe and Great when craving a pizza. Low on calories and FAT! Serving size 2 slices. FAST recipe and Great when craving a pizza. Low on calories and FAT! Serving size 2 slices.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Boboli Pizza Crust
    1/2 Cup favorite BBQ sauce (may use more depending on what you like)
    1/3 Cup Shredded low fat cheddar
    1/3 Cup thinly Sliced Onion
    1 Chicken Breast fully cooked and shredded or diced. (I personally just buy the chicken breast stips that are already cooked in the lunch meat section of the grocery store)

Directions

Take out pizza crust. heat oven according to package directions. Place bbq sauce on the bottom (use less or more on your taste). place chicken and onions on pizza. I sometimes add other veggies here (mushrooms, green peppers, etc). then top with cheese. Cook according to directions. Enjoy!

  • I just made it and it is fantastic but the calories are incorrect unless I am using the wrong crust. I just bought the original Boboli Crust and it has 140 calories for 1 slice without chicken I came up with 188.25 and your serving size would be 376.50 calories without the chicken - 1/21/09

  • I haven't tried this but I feel like the calories are wrong, one serving of just the crust has 160 caloried, and you are saying two slices are are 173. how maybe I am using the wrong crust - 1/19/09

  • YUMMY!!! My daughter(3) normally picks everything off her pizza, but she loved it!!! I used Fat Free Cheese and a Wheat Crust!!! It turned out so good!!! - 1/14/09
