6 large jumbo shrimps
4 large, dry scallops
cooking oil spray
small bunch of cilantro for garnish
Heat up the grill. Give a light spray of cooking oil spray so the seafood will not stick.
Grill for approximately 6 minutes, or until firm. do not over cook.
Plate with salad and garnish with cilantro and lime.
