Ingredients

*London Broil, sliced, 12 oz
Onions, raw, chopped, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, slices
Maggi Hunter Sauce Mix, 1 serving
Garlic, roughly chopped, 3 cloves
Directions
In a medium skillet over medium high heat, add 1 tsp oil, onions, cook 1 min. Add peppers and garlic, cook1 min. Add mushrooms, cook 1 min. Remove vegetable from pan. Add remaining oil and meat. Cook until meat is no longer pink about 2 min. Meanwhile, mix hunter sauce mix in 2 Tbsp water. Return vegetables to pan. Add sauce, bring to boil, then rduce heat to simmer for 5 min.
