Ingredients

    4 pork chops
    1 c dry minute rice* recipes calls for white but I use brown*
    3 c low sodium chicken broth

Directions

Brown Chop. place in Casserole dish. Pour in the rice and then the broth. Cover and cook for 3 hours in 300 degree oven
