Low Cal/Lowfat Cornbread

Submitted by: SAMANTHAJSHEP

Introduction

A low-cal, low-fat cornbread recipe...if you like it sweet, you can add sugar or splenda to taste (this recipe, as is, is not sweet cornbread). To make it easy to portion, you can make it in a muffin tin coated with cooking spray...and freeze extra portions. • I did add 1/4 c of sugar for a little sweetness and it was awesome. My husband said it was so much better than Cracker Barrel. :) - 2/8/11
