Geoff's Tuna Egg Delight

Introduction

Yummy to have on crusty bread or toast. Yummy to have on crusty bread or toast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 x 185gm can tuna in spring water
    2-3 hard boiled eggs
    3 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp Dill
    1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped (or dried)
    Ground black pepper & sea salt

Directions

Hard boil 2-3 medium sized eggs. Once cooled, in a bowl, mash up with a fork.

Add in one drained 185gms can of tuna (in spring water).

Add in the mayonnaise.

Add in the herbs - dill, parsley and ground black pepper, as well as a dash of [sea] salt to taste.

Stir all together until well blended. Can keep in fridge for day or so.

Serve with crusty bread or as a spread on wholegrain toast.
