Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

3 cups whole wheat pasta (elbows, bowties or penne) The recipe uses penne
4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 can (14 1/2 oz) Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz (1/2 of an 8 oz pkg.) Neufchatel Cheese cubed
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook pasta until done in separate pot and drain
cook chicken in a large skillet in oil about 5 or 6 minutes, add crumbled bacon, tomatoes with juice Neufchatel cheese which has been cubed, 1/2 cup water, pepper. Simmer until cheese has melted. I stood by it and stirred it. Add the drained pasta mix and serve. Top with grated parmesan cheese
