Ingredients

    1/2 whole wheat English muffin
    3/4 cup fat free egg substitute, scrambled
    1 oz. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup diced tomatoes
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Directions

Cook and scramble the egg .

Toast the English muffin half. Top with the cooked egg, the cheese, tomato and basil.
