Greek Chicken

Introduction

Makes enough marinade for 1 lb. of meat. Also good on beef, lamb or tofu. Makes enough marinade for 1 lb. of meat. Also good on beef, lamb or tofu.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar (I used balsamic)
    1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    1 tablespoon "Greek seasoning" (if you don't have, just sub oregano)
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Add chicken and marinate at least 4 hours, if possible. If not, it is still good.

Grill chicken.
