Crustless Pizza

Introduction

Great substitute for the real thing. Much lower in carbs but not lacking the taste. Great substitute for the real thing. Much lower in carbs but not lacking the taste.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 egg whites
    1 c Pizza sauce
    . 25 c Sliced black olives
    .25 c diced sweet onion
    .25 c diced green pepper
    .25 c sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 cup of low fat mozzerella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Stir lite salt into egg whites and pour into a 9 x 9 pan.
Bake egg whites until firm (about 10 miniutes)
While this is baking, saute the veggies (not olives) in a skillet with fat-free cooking spray until tender.
Remove eggs from oven
Spread the pizza sause on the egg "crust"
Spread olives, onions, pepper, mushrooms and any other vegetables evenly on the "crust."
Cover evenly with mozzerella cheese
Bake until the cheese is melted.
