Open Faced Steak Sandwich

Ingredients

    1 Slice Sourdough Bread Toasted
    1 oz thinly sliced London Broil
    10 strips sweet peppers
    1 slice of onion
    1 slice of Provolone cheese
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1 slice of Romaine Lettuce
    2 slices of tomato

Directions

In a frying pan coated with cooking spray saute London Broil Pieces, sweet peppers and onions. Cook until the onions and peppers are tender and the meat is done to your liking. Spread mustard on the toasted bread. Add the lettuce, tomato, the meat mixture and top with cheese.
