6 cups broccoli florets, broken into small pieces
1 c cherry tomatoes halved
1 c (1/2 cup each) colby and monterey jack cheese crumbles
1/2 c thin sliced red onions
2 tb. (.125 c) sunflower kernels
1 tb poppy seeds
1/2 c (8 tbsp) raspberry vinaigrette dressing
2 tsp grey poupon dijon mustard
1 tbsp (3 tsp) sugar
Makes 8 - 1 c servings.
Can make ahead of time, really good even if you don't like broccoli.
