Red potato salad

Ingredients

    4 medium red potatoes diced with skin on
    1 celery stalk diced
    1 small onion diced
    6 tbls fat free mayonnaise
    3 tsp yellow mustard
    2 boiled eggs sliced

Directions

Boil Diced potatos until tender. Drain and chill for 30 minutes. Toss potatoes with celery, onion, mayo, mustard and egg. Chill and serve
