Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1-1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
4 t. horseradish
3/4 t. dry mustard
3 T. ketchup
1/2 c. milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, shape into a loaf, place in a 13" x 9" pan on top of bread slices to absorb the grease. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
