Introduction

I just took the box recipe and substituted egg substitute for the eggs and applesauce (natural) for the oil. I just took the box recipe and substituted egg substitute for the eggs and applesauce (natural) for the oil.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 box Fiber One Banana Nut Muffin Mix
    3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1-2 Tbsp. of unsweetened applesauce

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Pour into baking pan(s)
3. Cook at 400 for about 20 minutes.
