Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    2 cups water
    1 cup brown rice
    salt, pepper, onion powder (to taste)

Directions

Mix soup, water, spices, and rice in crockpot. Add chicken. Cook on high 6-8 hours until chicken is cooken through.
