PB2 Oatmeal

Introduction

Adding a little PB to oatmeal makes it even more delicious. Making that *PB* PB2 makes it healthier! Adding a little PB to oatmeal makes it even more delicious. Making that *PB* PB2 makes it healthier!

Ingredients

    2 svgs. 5 Grain Hot Cereal such as Old Wessex
    3 Tbsp Organic Blue Agave Syrup
    1/8 cup currants
    4 tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter

Directions

Cook oatmeal as specified on package. Close to en of cooking time, add currants and syrup. When cooking is complete, remove from heat and stir in PB2; blend until well mixed. Serve while hot. Tastes great with a 1/2 cup of skim milk!
