Introduction

I love whopper jr.'s so I came up with my healthier version and was able to cut 60 calories from Burger Kings version. I love whopper jr.'s so I came up with my healthier version and was able to cut 60 calories from Burger Kings version.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat hamburger bun ( I used Arnold Select Whole Wheat sandwhich rolls (150 cal.) but you can use what you like)
    3 oz. ground beef, extra lean
    1 tsp. light mayo
    1 large lettuce leaf
    1 slice tomato
    1 slice onion
    1-2 tsp. ketchup
    3 slices pickle

Directions

Lightly toast your bun if desired. Cook burger to desired doneness, either on top of stove or on the grill. Spread light mayo on top of bun, add lettuce, tomato and onion. Put burger on bottom of bun and add ketchup and pickles. Assemble burger and enjoy.
