Steak and Potatoes (healthy version)

A yummy dinner for those days when you just need Red Meat. A yummy dinner for those days when you just need Red Meat.Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients

About a pound of steak
1 medium onion
half a container of mushrooms (about 6 oz.)
3 cloves garlic
2 large potatoes
1 tbsp Butter
a splash of milk.
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Peel and Chop Potatoes, set to boil on stove.
Chop Onion in rings or slices, set aside. Chop Garlic roughly, set with Onion. Chop Mushrooms in thick slices, set with Onions and garlic.
Sear Steak on an oven safe pan.
Add vegetables to the steak pan, and Cover.
Put in Oven for 20 minutes or until center shows no pink.
This yields 2.5-3 servings, and makes a very healthy and tasty dinner.
