Pasta Sausage soup

Introduction

A hearty winter soup. Good with different veggies added in. A hearty winter soup. Good with different veggies added in.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lbs Italian Sausage
    1.5 tbsp Onion powder
    1 clove Garlic
    1-1 1/2 cups dried sm. Pasta
    5 cups water
    1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cube Chicken Bouillon
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Thyme
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Brown sausage in large pot. Remove sausage and drippings, except 1 tbsp. Saute garlic with onion powder until tender. Add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Top each bowl with Parmesan cheese when serving.

This soup can be made in the Crockpot simmered for several hours if you do not add the pasta until about 30 minutes before serving.
