Meatballs

Introduction

Sometimes I cook the meatballs use half for one dinner and freeze the rest. The frozen ones can be placed in the crock pot with a jar of sauce and heated while you work for a great dinner when you get home. Sometimes I cook the meatballs use half for one dinner and freeze the rest. The frozen ones can be placed in the crock pot with a jar of sauce and heated while you work for a great dinner when you get home.
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 Lb. lean ground beef
    1 Lb. italian style sausage links (I prefer turkey)
    1 Small onion finely chopped
    1 C. Italian style bread crumbs
    1 Large egg
    2 Cans Tomato Sauce
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in mixer, mix until all ingredients are incorporated (several minutes). Shape into 25-30 meatballs. Place meatballs in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add meatballs to simmering spaghetti sauce (not calculated in nutritional info) serve over hot cooked pasta (also not in nutritional info).

*Makes 25-30 meatballs 2 per serving.
