Mixed Fruit Cobbler

Introduction

Easy to make and filled with great taste. You can have with low cal vanilla ice cream. Easy to make and filled with great taste. You can have with low cal vanilla ice cream.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Frozen Blackberries
    1 pkg. Frozen Boysenberries
    1 pkg. Frozen Strawberries
    1 pkg. Frozen Raspberries
    1/2 sugar
    12 gingersnap cookies
    2 cups rolled oats

Directions

Mix in a bowl, all of the fruit, and sugar.

Place in a baking dish, 9 x 12.

Using a rolling pin, crumble up the gingersnaps. Mix together with rolled oats and this distribute over fruit mixture.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbling.

Serve over vanilla ice cream or alone.
