Ingredients

    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup flour
    6 cups chicken broth
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup light cream
    1 cup chopped cooked chicken
    pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 8 servings

Melt margarine and add flour to make a roux. Cook for a minute stirring constantly. Add chicken broth, milk and cream. Cook on high heat, stirring frequently until thick and bubbly. Add chopped chicken and pepper.
