Ingredients

    1 ½ lbs sea scallops, fresh or frozen
    Seasoned flour
    6 Tbsp olive or salad oil
    1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
    Salt and pepper to taste
    ½ cup chopped parsley

Directions

Defrost scallops, if frozen; dust with seasoned flour. heat oil; add scallops and garlic; cook quickly, tossing to brown evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat; add parsley; toss to coat scallops evenly. Makes 6 servings.
