A delicious wok with curd

Introduction

I added some extra texture and protein into this wok by putting some curd in it, and the result was different from usual but delicious! I added some extra texture and protein into this wok by putting some curd in it, and the result was different from usual but delicious!

Ingredients

    200 grams white beans
    500 grams tomato sauce (no added sugar, just plain tomatoes)
    500 grams frozen Chinese vegetables
    250 grams fat free curd
    basil, black pepper

Directions

Roast beans in a wok pan so that they get some colour (you can use some extra virgin olive oil if you wish). Add tomato sauce and spice it how you wish, I used some basil and black pepper. Add curd and stir well. Finally, add vegetables but do not boil them, just let them melt in the hot sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
