Baked Lima Beans

Introduction

Sounds like an odd combination, but lighter than regular baked beans and WW friendly with only 2 pts per serving. Very tasty!! Sounds like an odd combination, but lighter than regular baked beans and WW friendly with only 2 pts per serving. Very tasty!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb dried baby lima beans
    1 link turkey italian sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/3 cup splenda
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    salt
    pepper
    chipotle seasoning to taste

Directions

Soak dried beans over night. Add lima beans, onion, garlic, seasonings, and sausage to the crock pot. Add water to cover beans. Cook on high in the crock pot for 2 hours, then reduce heat to low for 6-8 hours.

8-1 cup servings.
