Rumbamel's Nutty Nutritious Blueberry Oatmeal

Introduction

This oatmeal is sweet, nutty and nutritious. I just started putting things in. It makes two servings. Which works out to be about a heaping 3/4 C. This oatmeal is sweet, nutty and nutritious. I just started putting things in. It makes two servings. Which works out to be about a heaping 3/4 C.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    -1/2 quick cooking oats
    -2 T wheat germ
    -.25 oz unsalted almonds chopped
    -9g chopped walnuts (I use Blue Diamond)
    -1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    -1/4 c fresh blueberries
    -1 c skim fat free milk

Directions

Measure and mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 1 1/2 minutes then stir. Cook another minute and stir again. Continue at intervals of 30 seconds until desired consistancy and watch for boil over.

Makes two servings of about 3/4C heaping (3/4 C + 1/8C)
