*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)
Del Monte cut green beans- no salt added, 4 cup (remove)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels (remove)
Peas and carrots, frozen, 4 cup (remove)
Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 tomato (remove)
Salt and Pepper to taste
*** You can substitute canned tomato juice for the tomatoes but it will probably up your sodium Also can throw other veggies in.
Brown turkey, onion and garlic until cooked.
Throw in all other ingrediants and let simmer until juice is reduced. It depends on how thick you want it to how long you let it cook. Would also make a good soup if you didn't want to wait to thicken.
