.5 cup oil
1 cup 1% milk (buttermilk is better if you have it)
2 cups white lily cornmeal mix
Beat eggs, then add milk and oil. Next mix in dry ingredients.
Pour batter in cast iron skillet. Bake on 450 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
