No Bake Protein Bar

Introduction

2 Cups Whey Powder
2 Cups Oatmeal
2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 Cup + a little more Honey
2 Cups Whey Powder
2 Cups Oatmeal
2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 Cup + a little more Honey

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Cups Whey Powder ( Soy Powder can be used)
    2 Cups Oatmeal
    2 Cups Peanut Butter ( Soy Butter can be subtituted)
    1 Cup + a little more Honey

Directions

Mix together and press into a 8x8 pan, Refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut into bars.
They can be wrapped individually for a quick take along.

  • Great bars - BUT I never use that much honey, not even close. Use a couple tablespoons of water and less than 1/2 cup honey. - 2/17/13
