Ingredients

(1) potato, cut into thin strips (skins left on)
(1) tsp. vegetable oil
(1-1/2) tsp. chili powder
1-2 dashes of salt
pinch of dried oregano
pinch of ground cumin
pinch of garlic powder
1 dash of cayenne (omit if you don't like spicy foods!)
Directions
Combine everything in a bowl and toss well. Arrange potato in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 deg for 35 minues (or until golden).
