Introduction

I'm not so sure that the nutritional info is correct, but I know this recipe is much healthier then if it were made with mayo and sour cream. I'm not so sure that the nutritional info is correct, but I know this recipe is much healthier then if it were made with mayo and sour cream.

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    Plain yogurt; 3 Tbls
    Vinegar: 1 Tbl
    Salt & Pepper, Dash
    Salad:
    Broccoli; small bunch, chopped
    Bacon Bits; 1 Tbl
    Sunflower Seeds; 1 Tbl
    Cheddar Cheese; 1 oz., shredded

Directions

Combine ingredients for dressing in a small bowl, and mix. In a medium bowl toss salad ingredients together. When ready to serve add dressing. Makes about 2 1 cup servings.
