    3/4 CUP LOW FAT RICOTTA CHEESE
    3/4 CUP GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
    3 1/2 TBLSP LIGHT MARGARINE
    4 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
    2 TSP BLACK PEPPER OR TO YOUR TASTE
    1 LB FROZEN BROCCOLI

BRING LARGE POT OF WATER TO BOIL ADD PASTA AND STIR WHEN PASTA IS 1/2 WAYS COOKED ADD FROZEN BROCCOLI AND CONTINUE COOKING

WHILE PASTA COOKS MINCE GARLIC SET ASIDE ALONG WITH THE LIGHT MARGARINE, MEASURE THE RICOTTA CHEESE AND GRATE THE ROMANO CHEESE IF NEEDED HAVE ALL INGREDIENTS READY TO GO

HEAT LARGE SAUTE PAN AND MELT BUTTER ADD GARLIC LET COOK A FEW MINUTES ONCE PASTA COOKED USING A SPIDER OR IF NEED DRAIN ADD BROCCOLI PASTA TO GARLIC BUTTER PAN STIR TO COMBINE SHUT HEAT OFF ADD RICOTTA CHEESE AND ROMANO CHEESE TOSS TO COMBINE
