1 Teaspoon or so of Splenda
1 Cup of Milk (I use 2% for this)
1 Cup of Activia Strawberry Yogurt (or any flavor youd like!)
1 Cup of Mixed Frozen Fruit (I use a Western Family blend calldE "Bite Size Blend" which includes blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries amd diced peaches)
