Ingredients

    1/2 Avocado peeled and mashed
    3 pieces of cooked bacon
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
    2 pieces of whole weat toast

Directions

Spread 1/2 of the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted bread. Assemble sandwhich with the remaining ingredients in the order you like.
