Bread, Homemade whole wheat

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/4 c milk
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp margerine
    1 c white flour
    3/4 c whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bread machine in the order given. Follow manufacturer's instructions to make a medium loaf. Approx 16 slices per loaf.

    If you usually use oat flour in your recipes then you probably could! This recipe originally only had white flour but I mix it with whole wheat for the extra fiber and to make it more filling!
