Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Cereals, corn grits, yellow, regular, quick, enriched, dry, .5 cup
Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, dry, yields
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Butter, unsalted, .25 cup softened or patially melted in microwave
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
Milk, 1%, .5 cup
add butter . mix until crumbly
in a separate bowl, mix egg, milk and pumpkin.
add wet ingredients to dry. Mix just until wet.
Put into muffin tins.
bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
makes 12 muffins
