Breadsticks

Ingredients

4 cups flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 Tbsp Saf-Instant Yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tsp butter
Directions
Combine water, sugar, salt and one cup of flour. Add yeast and then rest of the flour. Knead for 4 mins. Roll out in a jelly roll pan until pan is completely filled. Spread with soft butter (I used only about a tsp because I didn't want to add the calories). Slice into strips with a pizza cutter. Let rise in 150 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then bake at 400 for 15 minutes more.
Makes approx 30 six inch breadsticks.
