Introduction

I make this on sunday to use for quick lunches or dinners through the week. I make this on sunday to use for quick lunches or dinners through the week.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice
    1 cup Fat Free Milk
    1 can of Campbell's Cream of chicken Soup (98% fat free
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix rice, milk and soup in baking dish. Lay chicken on top of mixture and bake for about 1 1/2 hours.
