2 cups whole grain flour
1 cup zero cal splenda
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
1 cup 2% milk
0.5 cup raisins
0.25 cup orange juice
Spray 8 inch round cake pan with canola coking spray.
Stir first 4 ingredients together in large bowl.
Add milk, raisins and orange juice and stir until just blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in centre of oven for 18 to 25 minutes or until top is golden and skewer comes out clean
Cool and serve with cooked rhubarb or with jam.
