1.25 lb (20 oz) extra lean ground turkey (white meat) 1 cup 2%fat Cottage Cheese 1 Egg 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic, pressed/minced 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup water 3/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) 4 slices tomato - optional
Brown ground turkey, chopped onion & garlic. While that cooks, mix Bisquick and water a ball of dough forms - you do not want the dough to be sticky - it should be consistency to be able to roll into a pie crust. Roll dough flat and place into a 9" pie pan. Add worcestershire sauce to cooked ground turkey, onion & garlic. Put in pie pan. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg, pour over turkey mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browning. You may add the tomato slices before baking if you want. Makes 8 servings.
