vegan protein pudding bars

Submitted by: LUCYA8

Introduction

I mix this into a big bowl, then carefully spoon servings into sandwich bags. then I freeze or refrigerate. They are very moist - sometimes I eat them with a spoon. They're great to take on the go - low in everything bad, high in everything good, and pretty tasty, too! I plan to work on this recipe to make bars that are more manageable and less moist. Considering baking them as well. I mix this into a big bowl, then carefully spoon servings into sandwich bags. then I freeze or refrigerate. They are very moist - sometimes I eat them with a spoon. 2 Tbs unsweetened (or grain sweetened) carob chips
.25 cup Vermont sugar free maple syrup

Directions

combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, stir well until fully mixed. spoon carefully into zip-lock sandwich or snack bags, form into rectangles, and either freeze or refrigerate. Alternatively, spread out onto baking sheet and refrigerate overnight, then cut into 14 or 15 bars and wrap each in foil or plastic wrap. enjoy!
